Spring Scholarships Awarded
Skilla ry awards a stipend to 1–2 graduating student members in the spring and at Christmas.
Skilla’s Board of Directors will award spring 2022 scholarships to the following graduates:
- Julia Jokela, ASSI, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences
- Stephanie Sammek, MUBBA, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences
During their studies, both scholarship holders have been actively involved in promoting Skilla’s goals among students. Jokela has been actively involved in the activities of the Skilla student network. She has highlighted assistant work and its importance as well as professional identity in her community in a commendable way. Sammek, on the other hand, has actively promoted Skilla and trade union activities in MUBBA. She has also pioneered these themes among Haaga-Helia’s English-speaking degree students.
