Personal coaching in situations of change in working life.

As a member of Skila and Akava Special Areas, you will receive support in matters related to career planning, job search and development in your own work:

job search (effective job search practices, application, CV and job interview)
career planning (strengths, goals, selection situations, well-being at work, reconciliation of work and life)
development in one's own work (recognition of competence, development discussions, salary negotiation, change of job duties)

Career coaching is free of charge for members, and is conducted over the phone. Using the tools, you can structure and summarize your skills and interests, as well as weigh different options. Your conversations with the coach are confidential.
