Minimum Wage Recommendation

Skilla, in cooperation with Akava Special Industries, draws up a minimum salary recommendation for its members. The recommendation applies to our members working in the private sector.

The revised minimum wage recommendation has taken into account the general level of wage increases. Use the salary recommendation, for example, when applying for a new job, in salary negotiations or when changing job duties.

The salary recommendation is valid from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2027.

Terms of employment

Skilla, in cooperation with Akava Special Industries, draws up a recommendation for its members on the minimum terms of employment. The recommendation applies to our members working in the private sector.

Salary advice on collective agreements and salary determination is provided by the respective legal and legal representatives of the employer sector concerned. Contact information for salary counselling can be found on Akava's Special Areas website.

The terms of employment are valid from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2027.

Salary meter and Skilla salary surveys

Akavan Special Areas conducts salary surveys for members. Salapuntari tells the statistical average salaries of the entire membership, as well as the fractions of salaries according to professional title and/or education.
